Description

The huge games room includes big screen plasma with DVD, a pool table and separate table tennis table. A comprehensive library of games, books, DVDs and sporting equipment is also included.

The huge upstairs living space includes open-plan kitchen, dining table for 12, large lounge area with black leather sofas and a huge deck with BBQ.

A third living space with couches and TV rounds out the relaxation.

The property also features a secure back yard with a large lawn area.

And only 400m to the beach !

Note: Five of the nine single beds are top bunks.

LINEN:
We always supply pillows, doonas, tea towels and bath mats.

Guests normally bring their own sheets (2 per bed), pillow cases and towels - although we can supply these items at additional charge (see below).

For premium bookings (SuperBikes, V8 SuperCars, MotoGP, Schoolies) the listed price includes all linen and beds made up.

Please note that we do not supply beach towels.

  • "We (and the kids) had a great time staying at the holiday place. The kitchen is fully equipped and the place is big....everyone can gather together and have fun. The activities room is great for the kids and there are plenty of board-games, DVDs, books, table tennis and pool table to keep the kids amused. Truly recommend to families of all ages and children. Will come back again without hesitation if we are considering staying in Phillip Island. Thanks Joe"

Your jigsaw puzzle of the cat is missing some pieces. We had a good time and we would like to use the house in the future. We are happy to recommend it to others."

The game room was the most popular place for adults and children to be together, plus the big backward for badminton and soccer games. Very well equipped with lovely open plan home. We would highly recommended this place to our relatives and friends. In fact, we would like to return to Raywood very soon in the near future. "

  • "Great location, close to a great beach where the kids had lots of fun, nice walk into cowes along the beach. the games room kept the kids entertained, plenty of room for a few families. up stairs did get a bit hot on days of 27/28' ceiling fans would be great especially if you had a run of hot days, clothes line was only just. a tv/stero up stairs would be could to keep up with the tennis or cricket scores. all in all we had a fantastic stay the couches were very comfy and the beds also were very comfy, Joe was very approachable over the phone. would recommend Raywood for Phillip island stays."

  • "Needs outdoor furniture and Hot water all day would be good (17 sleepers) but great location close to beach, plenty of room to sleep (and play!) excellent kitchen and the kids/ young adults really enjoyed the rec room (and its soundproofing). We all had a ball. Try it out! Its great fun for the family/families."
