THE AREA
Killcare is a beautiful and secluded part of the Central Coast. It is blessed with a National Park, fabulous beach, and tranquil Hardy's Bay. Access is via Woy Woy from the south and Kincumber from the north.
The new Killcare Surf Club is located at the south end of the beach, near the rock pool. There is a walking trail at the north end of the beach that has brilliant views to Barrenjoey headland and Palm Beach.
Hardy's Bay is just a walk over the hill, and has a charming village atmosphere. There is the local store/bottle shop, cafes and the Killcare Marina where you can hire boats to cruise the calm Brisbane waters.

Surpassed our expectations! You never know when you book online with no personal references whether what is posted on a website is what you will get. We were very pleased to find it was all that and more.
We were visiting from Singapore and took my 85 year old Australian mother-in-law with us. The unit suited us exactly - my husband and i had the master bedroom, my MIL the other queen sized bedded bedroom with a beautifully appointed shared bathroom on the same upper level with the kitchen, living area and deck. Our two twenty something sons were well pleased to have their own privacy in their room downstairs accessed by a seperate staircase with their own bathroom. My husband, a commercial space planner and interior designer, found the thoughtful styling and finishing of the unit a pleasant surprise. It is set in natural bush setting so we would awake each morning to lovely birdcall plus the sound of the surf 100 metres away. Sonya did well to recommend good restaurants and groceries in the area, and was welcoming and thoughtful. Unit itself is so well equipped including a small library of holiday reading and board games! But our biggest pleasure was sitting on the deck looking out on the surf and bush. We are all missing it and will definitely be back.

Just stayed at Beach Vista for the second year running with visitors from the UK, it's a fantastic house with stunning views and a short walk to the beach + the cafes at Hardy's Bay. It's clean and modern, with a huge deck safe enough for our very fast crawling toddler. Free Wifi + a lovely big Miele washing machine made our stay even more enjoyable, we'll be back!!

Beach Vista is a sensational property with a fabulous view of the beach from the balcony. The house is new, clean, modern and extremely well equipped with a great BBQ on the balcony. We were particularly impressed when the owners immediately had the airconditioning fixed for us before the hottest day on record!

We had a wonderful family Christmas at Beach Vista. There was plenty of room for cousins to sleepover in the downstairs room and the deck was perfect for entertaining the extended family. The best thing was the view and the easy walking access to the beach. I also appreciated the small things which are often missing from rental accommodation such as good reading lights in the bedroom and a good teapot (we like our tea in our family!) Thanks Sonya. We hope to come again next time.

We arrived at Beach Vista late at night, we thought the house was beautiful, what a suprise we had waking to the amazing view in the morning! simply a stunning uninterrupted view to putty beach. the house is beautifully appointed, beautiful design with simple clean lines, everything you need is at your fingertips. the deck and outdoor areas will ensure you will not watch one minuite of TV, the changing views of the Bodhi peninsula and the wildlife will keep you entertained for hours. Thank You to Sonja for our wonderful four days away we love your house!!

This is a lovely property with a perfect balance of modern amenities, tasteful decor without the feeling you need to be precious about it all -leads to a very relaxed space; excellent large deck with great views of the sea and trees. Easy walking to fantastic cafes and the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and is the perfect distance from Sydney. Will be back.

The house and views exceeded our expectations and we were very sad to leave! The kitchen is extremely well equipped - it has everything you could possibly need. It's a lovely stroll into Hardy's Bay where we had an amazing dinner at the Yum Yum Eatery (don't be put off by the name as the food and presentation were excellent). We would thoroughly recommend the Beach Vista, Killcare and indeed, we are looking to book a return trip.

We highly recommend this property. It exceeded our expectations. We loved being a short walk from the beach and the little kids loved the beach rockpool. We appreciated the well equipt kitchen and enjoyed the lovely outdoor BBQ and deck - which has an amazing view. It was so relaxing we didn't want to go home.

This is a fantastic property to stay in. The view is breath-taking, it's very close to the beach on a quiet street, and the facilities of the house are excellent. The large deck that looks out to the beach is great for breakfast or lunch and there's everything you need here. The kitchen has everything. The big TV in the lounge was great and the bedrooms are really comfortable.
The interior design is brilliant - light, airy and very modern. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely location,views and accomodation. Beach was suitable for toddlers and house close enough to shops and cafes of Hardys Bay. Some sleeping area is downstairs and this is accessed by going outside- not so good if it raining and the middle of the night to kids!

We spent New Year at the Beach Vista Killcare and an absolutely wonderful time. The house has been set up perfectly for groups to enjoy a beachside holiday. I would describe the decor as modern and stylish and the view off the large deck is a picture postcard. We enjoy a lovely New Year celebration bbq overlooking distant campfires on the beach. Probably the nicest house we have stayed in as a holiday let,
