This is a modern property with an absolute beachfront location. No roads to cross, direct access to the beach via the track through the sand dunes and only a short walk to all of Bermagui's shopping, dining and other attractions.
Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 (upstairs is the kitchen, living area with TV and DVD, bathrom and master bedroom with QS bed).
Alternatively, it is a great family property with a further 2 bedrooms downstairs (1QS the other double bunk) as well as a separate living area with TV and a bathroom/laundry.
The views are stunning - watch the fishing boats operating from the marina, the pelicans on the river and the changing moods of the sapphire ocean.
The beach is over one kilometre long with safe swimming areas, surf and plenty of spots for fishing and rockpool exploration. If you are a beach type you may not wear shoes for your entire stay!
At night, or any other time, you can watch DVD's on the LCD flat screen TV or listen to your own music through the CD/DVD system (Ipod connection).
The kitchen is fully equipped and the downstairs laundry has washer and dryer.
