Visions at the Quay is our Second Holiday Home on the Gold Coast we also have a 6 Bedroom, 7 Bathroom property Called
VISIONS ON HOPE ISLAND. PHOTOS 80 to 90 are of VISIONS ON HOPE ISLAND and is for clients that want a break away from the hussle and bussle of the centre of Surfer Paradise yet still would like to be close to the Theme Parks, Shopping and wild life. Our third Property is called HARCOURT which is in the Forster/Tuncurry area Mid North Coast of NSW.

VISIONS AT THE QUAY is so Spacious even with 3 families holidaying together, there is still plenty of room to relax.
VISIONS AT THE QUAY has the Beds most people Dream of:
Including 3 King Size Pillow Top Ensembles, Which are just Pure Heaven to sleep in.
2 King Singles Ensembles and 2 Single Ensembles all four are Pillow Tops to ensure Ultra Comfort.

The Bed configuration for the 5 bedrooms is as follows:
The Ground floor Bedroom has a King Size Ensemble. This Bedroom has been Especially designed for clients who require Wheel Chair Access.
This Bedroom and Ensuite have Extra Wide access doors and Plenty of room, so you can easily manoeuvre a wheel chair.
The Ensuite, also has two way access.

There is also a Good Quality Double Sofa bed in the down stairs lounge room.

There is 4 Spacious Bedrooms Upstairs.

1. The Master Bedroom is huge with a King Size Ensemble and its own Full Bathroom with a Deep Soak Bath.
It also has an Enormous Dressing Room which can Double as a Small Bedroom for extra children when required.
When requested there is a King Single Trundle Bed which converts into 2 Single Beds and also a single port-a-bed.
2. The Second Bedroom also has a King Size Ensemble with its own Ensuite.

3. The Third Bedroom has 2 King Single Ensembles again with their own Ensuite.

4. The Fourth Bedroom has 2 Single Ensembles with it own Full Bathroom (second bath).

VISIONS AT THE QUAY has 5 Ensuites all with striking Quartz Stone benches. (2 Baths, 5 Showers and 5 Toilets).

All Linen is provided; excluding Spa and Beach Towels. Sheets and pillow cases will be left at the ends of the beds.

The Extensive use of Glass and Open plan Highlights the Stunning Water Views.

With its striking White Quartz Stone benches, the Fully Equip Designer Kitchen is a Dream to Cook in.
When you are entertaining, VISIONS has a Huge walk in Pantry with all the essentials supplied.
As well as Quality Appliances at your fingertips including:
2 New Stainless Steel Fridge/Freezers, 1 Inclusive with Filtered Water and Ice maker. A Dishwasher, Microwave, Espresso machine, Electric Wok, Blender. With a Large Gas Oven and Gas Cook Top.

We have designed a computer station with wireless modem, so you are not lock away from the fun. This also enables parents' full control over the 2 computers which have free internet Access (Wi-fi and Hardwire). Each computer also has games.
All local phone calls are complimentary.

VISIONS Provides total relaxation with 2 Outdoor entertaining patios where you can relax over lunch and Enjoy the Uninterrupted views of the Tranquil Canal System.
Just for a change the men might like to cook on the New BBQ situated on the Alfresco Deck which has been intentionally design to cater for everyone to join in with seating for 12.

VISIONS AT THE QUAY is Extremely Child-Friendly with Glass Pool Fencing so you can always see the children in the resort style salt water pool or in the huge heated 10 seater Spa.
Why not soak up the great Queensland weather on one of the five Sun Lounges.

For complete peace of mind the Tranquil Waters of the Canal System is also fence.

When you are in need of a little quiet time, why not retreat upstairs to the huge balcony and relax on one of the two daybeds. While taking in the sensational sunsets over the pristine waters of Harbour Quays.
VISIONS also has a smaller private Court yard, off the
Down Stairs bedroom. Where you can relax and kick back with a book for a quiet hour or so.

The Games room has its own Large TV, to ensure the noise of the Play station 2 and Xbox is contained in this Ultra Fun area.
Also in the Games Room the Children have their own Child Size Pool Table, Play Gym and lots of Pretend Play Toys for both boys & Girls.
For the Adults Visions has an 8ft Table Tennis Table,
9ft Air Hockey Table and a Pin Ball Machine.

The 10ft Billiard Table is located in the Billiard Room overlooking the Water.

For your comfort VISIONS has Recycle Air Conditioning
Down stairs and Ducted Air-conditioning and heating upstairs as well as Ceiling Fans in all Bedrooms.

After you unpack your first challenge will be, which Wide Screen TV to Watch.
VISIONS has 3 Lounge Rooms all with 50inch HD Plasma, complete with DVD Surround Sound. There is over 60 DVDs to choose from or just turn on Foxtel.

So you can explore the waterways, we have 4 Kayaks which come with their own Life Jackets.

Or purchase in February 2010 a 8 seater 4.3metre Inflatable boat with motor, for all our clients to use free of charge.

Or you could just take a cool drink down to VISIONS Pontoon and a catch a fish or two with the fishing Rods provide.

Or you might be lucky with one of the crab pots.

Just 5 minutes walk from Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre.
Again 5 Minutes to Great Restaurants and Coffee shops.

Just around the corner is a large Picnic area where you can have a BBQ on the free BBQ\'s while watching the children play in the large fenced, playground with it\'s own climbing and swing equipment, or maybe go to the large park area and have a family game of touch football, cricket or fly a kite.

It is just 10 minutes to the Beach by car.

• You could take in view the Gold Coast from the 78th floor of Q1 one of the Worlds tallest residential buildings, or maybe experience the fantastic Seafood buffet at Palazzo Versace Hotel or The Sheraton Mirage.
