The beach house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests offering living / sleeping pavillons that are link by a covered outdoor area complete with day beds, outdoor dining & its own 10metre lap pool. The fully fenced yard is suitable for pets and we welcome enquiries from owners of disciplined outdoor pets at Lowana.

Indoor Outdoor Living Spaces

Lowana has a large living pavilion & 2 sleeping pavilions, separated by a large covered outdoor living area which overlooks a private 10 metre lap pool.
The main pavilion houses the living/dining,kitchen, laundry & garage.
The galley style kitchen of stainless steel, Jarrah timber & glass is fully equipped in true gourmet style.
The understated luxury furnishings in the living room come complete with plasma TV & surround sound.
The master bedroom pavilion overlooks the pool & has a king size bed, TV, walk in robe & ensuite.
The other pavilion has two queen bedrooms that share a dual entry ensuite, kitchenette and private garden.
Each pavilion has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort.
This truly is a home where the spaces are carefully thought out to offer the ultimate in privacy & luxury beach living.

Coolum Beach & RATES

Coolum Beach is Australia's latest premier holiday destination; this relaxed beach township with its pristine surf beaches is located 20 mins south of Noosa and 20 mins North of Maroochydore & Mooloolaba. The hinterland towns of Malaney,Mapleton & Monteville are a 45min scenic drive away.
The famous Eumundi Markets & Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo are accessable by regular tour buses or private vehicles.
Coolum Beach is home to the annual Hyatt PGA golf tournament and an easy drive to the world class Peregian Springs & Twin Waters golf courses.
For the nature enthusiast an "immense gamut of natural wonder" can be found in nearby Noosa National Park, Fraser Island, Conondale National Park & Kenilworth State Forest. These area are famous world wide for bushwalking, moutain biking & four wheel driving.

  • "Amazing property, brilliant location. Vicky and Paul were on hand 24/7 which was great when we needed a minor maintenance issue attended to. House has absolutely everything you could possibly need including lots of books, puzzles and games. Would highly recommend the property!"
