This large 2 Bedroom cottage is fully furnished with period furnishings and all modern ammenities, including a dishwasher, aircon, washing machine, dryer and TV/DVD/Stereo.

Recently and completely renovated to maintain original character.

2 off-street car parks are available and a private small courtyard is attached out the back.

There is a large master bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed, large TV and plenty of room for storage.

The 2nd bedroom is an upstairs loft with another queen size bed.

The downstairs bathroom has a large heritage freestanding bath tub which is also a shower, and contains vanity and toilet fascilities.

The downstairs open plan lounge and dining area contains a generous 3 seater lounge and 5 seating table setting. Also provided for entertainment is a large TV, DVD and CD player and a large selection of books, DVD's and CD's for guests to use during their stay.

The cotttage is fully self-contained with all bed and bath linen provided as well as soaps and shampoo etc.

All kitchen amenities provided include a microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, and conventional oven plus a separate fridge and freezer. We also provide all the crockery and cooking pots/pans etc. Guests only need to bring their suitcase and camera!

Guests are treated to complimentary port, biscuits and chocolates upon arrival, as well as a breakfast kit.

A mid week service can be arranged for a small fee for stays of a 7 nights or more.

Small to medium pets permitted. Fully safe and enclosed rear courtyard for pets safety.

Location

The Stanley Classic Cottage is located in one of the prettiest streets in North Adelaide, with only a few minutes walking distance to some of the best cafes, restaurants, art galleries, parklands and interesting shops on Melbourne Street. It is close to the CBD and transport is readily accessable. Other attractions nearby include the Adelaide Oval, Festival Theartre, Torrens Parklands, Adelaide Zoo, Botanic Gardens and the National Wine Centre.

Other advantages include a nearby FREE Connector bus-stop: the bus drops off and picks up passengers nearly every 15 minutes (during the weekdays) and travels throughout North Adelaide and Adelaide - you can hop on and off it all day for free to different tourist spots. There is also free all day bike hire provided by the Adelaide City Council to ride through the lovley parklands and suburbs or CBD.

Pricing

$165 per night for stays of 7 nights or more for 2 people.
$195 per night for stays of 3-6 nights for 2 people.
Each additional adult $20 per night.
Discounts apply for longer stays.

Cancllation fees apply - please discuss with owners.
Surcharges may apply during Public Holidays and special events.

Minimum 3 night booking.

Pet friendly - small to medium pets. A $20 cleaning fee is charged per pet per stay.

For safety reasons (upstairs open loft and open staircase) we do not accommodate children under the age of 10 years.
