Red Rocks beach is an excellent swimming beach for young children who will enjoy hours of fun exploring marine life in the many rock pools. Only 900 metres from the beach this property has all the modern comforts of home in a quiet area of Cowes. The famous Smiths Surf Beach only a 10min drive. A short 3min drive will take you into Cowes where you can enjoy the many cafes, restaurants, shops & local wineries. A links golf course within walking distance plus more within short drive. A 3min drive to the GP circuit track, Penguin Parade & Seal Rocks. Special events bus stop close by.

Kitchen has electric cooking facilities, dishwasher & microwave. Balcony with outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, to enjoy the evening sunsets & filtered water views. Double garage & fully fenced backyard.
