Close to Fremantle Hospital, boat builders, Fishing Boat Harbour, eclectic shopping strips, alfresco dining and night life, Hampton House is suitable accommodation for holidaying families or friends, visiting professionals and contract workers, wedding parties and relocations, fly in-fly out.

No real need for a car. Don't want to walk? No problem. The free 'CAT' buses will take you around the town centre.
Features of this gorgeous property include three double bedrooms, two with queen sized beds, the third with two singles, built in robes and open fire places.
A gallery hallway leads to the lounge which features an open fire place, leather couches, floor cushions and ottomans. Flat screen tv, dvd and video players with surround sound in this room transform it into a home theatre. Wool rugs feature on original wood floor boards.
There is a light and bright office enclave with built in desk. You can operate the outdoor sound system from here, make free local telephone calls or access the internet by WiFi from your laptop.
Towards the back of the house is a large, fully equipped Chef's kitchen with dishwasher, six burner gas stove and oven, microwave, generous refrigerator and pantry storage. Here an antique oak dining suite with four chairs and two carvers seats six.
The bathroom has a shower over full sized bath with a solar powered, mains electricity boosted hot water system that delivers ample hot water and great water pressure.
The laundry is a separate room with a 5kg washing machine and clothes dryer. There are drying lines in the rear garden.
An Exceptional undercover outdoor entertaining space beyond the kitchen has it's own sound system, mains plumbed gas barbeque and easy care garden. Beyond this area there is dedicated parking on the property for two vehicles.
At the front of the house is an elevated porch, a lovely walled courtyard with water feature and rose garden.
Bicycles are provided for local travel.
Hampton House can sleep up to eight people!
While Hampton House sleeps six people, another two people can easily be accomodated. You'll need to arrange this with us upon booking.
Hampton House is safe and secure: fitted with a security system and mains wired smoke alarms.
Of limestone construction, the house retains a comfortable temperature all year round. Open fires and a gas heater for the Winter, standard and ceiling dans and a portable refrigerated airconditioner for the Summer.

After a leisurely stroll from Hampton House, you'll be ordering your coffee in Fremantle's famous cappuccino strip in no time!
Fremantle has many wonderful attractions and you're literally ten minutes from just about all of them.
If you don't feel like walking take the free CAT city clipper bus to where you want to go!
From the magnificent, historic Art Centre to Fremantle Prison, the wonderful Maritime museum to the Spare Parts Puppet Theatre and of course the fabulous Fremantle Markets, not to mention the festivals - fantastic Fremantle Festival and grand parade every November, Sardine Festival in February ... ah and the beach, Freo's attractions are certainly at your fingertips!
Fremantle offers loads of free, family friendly activities and if you are keen on night life, the famous Fly By Night offers live music and big name adcts, the Metro night Club and Mojo's offers new and alternative talent. There's no shortage of great pubs and restaurants for dining and casual fun!
