There are plenty of relaxing ways to spend your time including:

Fire up the 4 burner BBQ & cook up a storm
Laze in a banana lounge on the large sun-drenched deck
Read one of the magazines available
Stroll to the beach (at the end of the street)
Swim in the gentle bay waters
Have a coffee & read the paper at the local Blairgowrie cafes

The house is perched above the tree tops, with a beautiful tree-top outlook from all angles. A big North facing deck will delight, set up with an outdoor setting, bbq & deck chairs. There is also a second outdoor setting, in the shade, behind the house.

The house is equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking gear to prepare home-cooked meals, with adjacent meals area with dining table to seat 10. The open-plan living area is perfect for just hanging out. It has large comfy sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD, and CD player.

Bedrooms are configured to accommodate up to 10 people, the upstairs comprising: two rooms with queen beds, one with two bunks (sleeps 4). Downstairs has a bedroom with single beds. Note: the downtirs bedroom has its own separate entrance, with adjoining bathroom/WC.

The property is fully fenced, so the kids can play safely. And the house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, so there is little traffic, making it ideal for the kids to play in the street too.

All you need to do is pack your bags and bring yourselves along, and enjoy some time at the Rye GetAway……………………….
