This exceptionally presented modern 3 bedroom house is nestled in a perfect position within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and golf course. Burrabend offers relaxed and stylish accommodation comprising Queen bedroom with ensuite, double bedroom, twin bedroom, large family bathroom including bath and spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining areas.
The main feature of Burrabend is the warm, modern decor throughout which produces a very relaxed atmosphere. The property also features an outdoor decked area with table setting overlooking the wonderful native garden, TV, DVD player, CD with iPod input jack, gas BBQ, wood fired heating, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Although centrally located in Anglesea (700m from surf beach), Burrabend is situated on a quiet street opposite a large, well treed vacant block. This, together with the lovely native garden, attracts many different birds and even the occasional visiting kangaroo!
Check in is 2pm, checkout 10am, although these times are flexible particularly in quieter periods.
Linen and cleaning can also be provided with prior notice.
