This holiday house enjoys all the comforts of a beach holiday. Beautiful beaches are a short walk away (600m) including dog friendly beaches. A unique aspect is the camel rides on lighthouse beach. After spending time in the sun relax in the sanctuary of the heated 8 seater Spa. There is also a covered entertaining area with a barbecue. The upper deck enjoys views from Lighthouse beach to Lake Cathie with North Brother in the background. A great place to unwind and relax and smell the sea air. The house accomodates 6, a king size bed,a queen bed and 2 singles. The main has an en suite and there is a full bathroom and seperate WC. Airconditioning and gas heating complete the picture. There are seperate living areas with a TV/DVD in each for all members of the family. The house is tiled throughout. There is a large kitchen and full laundry. Double covered carport and landscaped gardens and fully fenced for your convenience.

400 m from the house is a small shopping village which has 2 restaurants, one being an award winning one. There is a coffee shop/deli. A butcher , take away, bottle shop and newsagent. Coles is a short drive away. There are 2 golf courses nearby. Lighthouse beach enjoys camel riding, 4WD access, surfing,fishing and from Lighthouse beach south to Lake Cathie dogs are allowed off the lead.

Port Macquarie is 8Km from Lighthouse where you can enjoy numerous restaurants/movies/shopping etc.

"Great location and unit. Great setup for the pets....taking the dogs was great with the per friendly yards and gardens. Fishing is good too on the beach. Just a beautiful place....quiet and friendly people. Having a glass of wine on the balcony at sunset watching the black cockatoos fly home each night was beautiful and relaxing. "I found the Home to located in a very pleasant enviroment with views from the upper deck across the ocean and local area. The home is equiped with basically every thing you would need plus airconditiong and heating a bonus. The garden surrounding the house is very well planned with a 8 seater spa, BBQ and the outside area at the rear seat 6 plus more. The home inside has plenty of room to move, clean, bright and plenty of fresh sea air plus the sound of the ocean in the back ground. you couldn't ask for anything more."

The weather was kind to us so the cousins had fun at the beach each day after breakfast at that super local cafe. Harry, the dog, was in his element with lots of beach walking. "Echo Beach House was fantastic. Very spacious and well equipped. The kids (and Daddy) loved the spa (even in midwinter) and all 6 of us (parents, grandparents and 2 kids) had plenty of room to relax. The 2 living areas were great especially since the Ashes series was underway. The Lighthouse beach area is lovely - not too far from the main town but easy access to great beaches. Check out the cake selection at the local shop - yum! A great place to relax and enjoy family and/or friends."
