This holiday house enjoys all the comforts of a beach holiday. Beautiful beaches are a short walk away (600m) including dog friendly beaches. A unique aspect is the camel rides on lighthouse beach. After spending time in the sun relax in the sanctuary of the heated 8 seater Spa. There is also a covered entertaining area with a barbecue. The upper deck enjoys views from Lighthouse beach to Lake Cathie with North Brother in the background. A great place to unwind and relax and smell the sea air. The house accomodates 6, a king size bed,a queen bed and 2 singles. The main has an en suite and there is a full bathroom and seperate WC. Airconditioning and gas heating complete the picture. There are seperate living areas with a TV/DVD in each for all members of the family. The house is tiled throughout. There is a large kitchen and full laundry. Double covered carport and landscaped gardens and fully fenced for your convenience.

400 m from the house is a small shopping village which has 2 restaurants, one being an award winning one. There is a coffee shop/deli. A butcher , take away, bottle shop and newsagent. Coles is a short drive away. There are 2 golf courses nearby. Lighthouse beach enjoys camel riding, 4WD access, surfing,fishing and from Lighthouse beach south to Lake Cathie dogs are allowed off the lead.

Port Macquarie is 8Km from Lighthouse where you can enjoy numerous restaurants/movies/shopping etc.
