Exactly half way between both beaches (an easy walk to either) this house is perfect for 1 or 2 families and girls weekends away. The house features new kitchen with large island bench opening to outdoor entertaining, with sunny fully fenced yard, gas BBQ and outdoor dining. There are 4 bedrooms - all with built in robes, Br1: Queen bed with ensuite, Br2: Queen bed, Br3: 2 king size single, Br4: 2 singles , in addition there is a portacot, child fold out bed and 1 extra single bed. There is an additional bathroom and separate toilet. Spread out across 2 large living areas - one with table tennis. The house features modern furniture and all mod cons. It has great heating and fans and air conditioning for year round comfort. Bikes, wetsuits and beach toys are available for your use.
