Only 1hr drive south of Sydney and it feels like you are a world away.

This peaceful 3 bed beach house is nestled between the stunning backdrop of the escarpment and golden sands of Scarborough beach. Set on the quiet side of the street, you will wake to the sound of birds, and fall asleep to the roar of crashing waves.

With an enormous 100sqm deck, you'll spend most of your time here relaxing outdoors - watch the sun sparkle off the water as it rises turning the sky orange pink and blue, while you have breakfast al fresco. While away the afternoon in one of the hammock chairs gently rocking in the sea breeze, or simply put some tunes on and kick back with a cold beer as the surfers ride in the last waves of the day.

There are plenty of food options nearby, perhaps take a short 1km walk to the Scarborough pub with its massive beer garden perched on the cliff face offering great seafood. The sleepy beachside villages of Stanwell Park, Austinmer and Thirroul are only a short drive away along a winding cliff road.
Pets are welcome, but not inside the house thanks.

Hang gliding, horse riding, cycling. golfing and surfing are all nearby should you tire of beach hopping. For kids there is a playground in walking distance, an enclosed olympic pool at Thirroul with separate toddlers pool and all local beaches including Scarborough are surf patrolled Sept - May.

With the bus outside your door and the train station only 50m away (7am train arr Town Hall 8.20am) the short travel time makes it feels like a long weekend away
