With an enormous 100sqm deck you'll spend most of your time here relaxing outdoors. Watch the sun sparkle off the water as it rises, turning the sky orange and blue while you have breakfast al fresco. You could take a 3 min stroll down to the beach, or laze away the afternoon on a sunlounger, or simply put on some tunes, kick back with a cold beer and watch the surf from your loungeroom.

It's a short walk to the Scarborough pub with its massive beer garden perched on the cliff face. The sleepy beachside villages of Stanwell Park, Austinmer and Thirroul are only a short drive away along a winding cliff road.

Hang gliding, horse riding, cycling, golfing and surfing are all nearby should you tire of beach hopping. For kids there is a playground in walking distance, an olympic pool at Thirroul with separate toddlers pool, and all local beaches including Scarborough are surf patrolled Sept - May.
