Description

This well appointed beach house is on 'The Golden Mile' opposite the sand-dunes of Five Mile Beach and overlooking the beautiful bay of Pittwater. The accommodaton is built over 2 levels with beach and island views from both levels.

On the ground level is the ensuited master bedroom with fabulous views over pittwater, double bed with separate bathroom & toilet, spacious fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining, flowing to outside balcony with magical views of Pittwater and sand dunes of Five Mile Beach. There is also a separate office / workstation / playroom for the children.

The lower level accommodates 2 persons with a queen bed with separate shower / toilet. There is also a reading / rumpus area on this level.

Lewisham Retreat is a perfectly set up for 2 couples sharing or for a family holiday. A great place to relax and leave the stress behind.

The rear garden is fully fenced.

All linen and fluffy towels provided.

Lewisham Retreat is strictly a non smoking property.

PROPERTY

Lewisham Retreat is on waterfront reserve and has direct access to the coastline walking track - keep an eye out for the Dolphins and the friendly sea lion!

150 metres to sand & water.

150 metres to enclosed children swing park / play area.

Great for surfing & swmming are Blue Lagoon & Carlton Park Beach which are a short drive.

There are 4 golf courses in the area - Lewisham, Pittwater, Royal Hobart and Tasmania Golf Course.

Lewisham Boat Ramp and Dodges Ferry Boat ramp are on hand.

The local Tavern and Convenient Store are a short walk.

10 mins to Sorell for main shopping / bank etc.

Rate is based on 3 night minimum stay for 2-4 people. However we are flexible with length of stay and number of people staying.

We are Pet friendly but through experience have had to impose $500 bond.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The rental charged is for domestic use only and not commercial use. This rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning,garbage removal, wear and tear etc... Use contrary to this will result in termination of tenancy.

LOCALITY

Lewisham Retreat is very relaxing and peaceful. Lap up the kilometres of nature reserve with walking on the coastline track, swimming, diving, surfing and fishing.

30 mins to Richmond & Wineries


Getting there:

From Hobart Airport follow major road signs to Sorell. Once at Sorell turn right at lights onto Arthur Highway - A9. Follow A9 for 5 mins then turn right at Lewisham sign - this is Lewisham Scenic Drive. Follow this road for 5 mins - we are at 183 Lewisham Scenic Drive on the right hand side.
