Marengo chalet is a luxurious 4 and a half star 2 storey self-contained Austrian-style log cabin with panoramic rural views. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms,full kitchen with microwave and bar-b-q,tea and coffee facilities,phone,TV,VCR,full laundry,log fire, electric underfloor heating,electric blankets and heated towel rails.Linen,towels,teatowels etc are included.

Location

Marengo Chalet is situated in the mountains on a 50000 acre working cattle station behind Coffs Harbour at a height of 3700ft above sea-level.The Chalet is on top of a hill with expansive rural views. Our property "Marengo" borders on the Guy Fawkes National Park with breathtaking views across the gorge.

Local Attractions

Trout fish in our streams,bushwalk in one of the 4 nearby National Parks,play tennis on the adjacent court or just relax by the log fire.The Dorrigo-Ebor area provides a variety of attractions for day-trips including;Ebor Trout Hatchery,Point Lookout,Dorrigo Rainforest Centre and the SkyWalk,craft and art galleries,whitewater rafting and 4WD trips on forestry trails.
