Welcome to Sandals by the Beach, a loved family home let for selected periods during the year. Sandals is a modern 5 bedroom home and only a flat 200m stroll from the beach.

As you approach the property is has tended gardens the the front as well as a lovely shaded entertaining court yard to the side with a BBQ and out-door seating for 10, as well as a rear fenced grassed yard for children and younger ones.

As you walk through the front door and entrance hall you pass the main bedroom on the left and walk past the main living area with large modern modular lounge on the right. Following this is the reading area with two recliners and book shelves of novels to while away the hours.

From here you pass through a door to the kitchen area with bench space/bar and four bench stools.
The kitchen leads onto a dining area and then through to a sunny second lounge area or rumpus.

Leading from the kitchen/dinning area is another door leading via a corridor to the 2nd bedroom on the left and bedrooms 3,4 and 5 to the right at the rear of the house.

Each of the two living areas has foxtel and DVD, the main lounge having a wall mounted Plasma TV and foxtel IQ. There is also a TV in bedroom 2 & 3 as well as numerous DVDs for all ages.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a double with Bedroom 4 & 5 having single beds within trundles underneath.

The main bathroom is spacious having a large corner bath. The laundry next to it includes a front loader washing machine and separate dryer.

The kitchen has included all modern amenaties, miele oven, stainless fridge/freezer as well as a two drawer dishwasher, also including extras to make your stay more comfortable.

Minimum stay is 2 nights and is most suited to large or extended families. Strictly no under 25yrs groups or singles with noise kept to a general level as permanent residents live next door.

Rubbish collection is on Mondays so all rubbish bins are to be placed outside Sunday evening for collection.

The driveway has off road parking for 3-4 cars with plenty of on road parking in a very quiet street.

Location and Aattractions

Copacabana is an hour and a half north from Sydney and is located between Avoca and MacMasters Beaches with Terrigal 10 minutes away.

Sandals is placed within 2 min walk to the beach and surf club, with rock pool for the kids, 2 cafes, restaurant, deli, general store with ATM, bottle shop, video store, take-away, hairdressers/beauticians and a lagoon for kayaking or boating. There is also a childrens play area close to shops and cafes.

You are able to stroll along a patroled beach to MacMasters with a salt water outdoor pool and surf club or get fit walking up to Copa lookout and read extracts from Captain Cooks log. The area is surrounded by national parks and trails.

There is a regular bus service to local shops at Kincumber, Erina and Gosford as well to neighbouring Terrigal,

Gosford hosts the regional art gallery and Japanese Gardens with coffee and gift shop. Woy Woyand Fishermans Wharf is 20 mins away with excellent seafood and pelican feeding.

5 mins over the hill is Avoca Beach with a privately owned and restored cinema with regular specials with nearby restaurants. There are also movies at nearby Kincumber and Erina.

For the golfer there are courses at Gosford and Woy Woy
