This is a two bedroom unit only 300mts from the beach, around the corner from Jetty Road, pier. Walking distance to everything... cinemas, supermarkets, laundromat, cafe's, restaurants, fast food outlets, centre of Rosebud, etc.
House contains new kitchen and bathroom with all appliances needed including novetly appliances - Bread maker, donut maker, grill etc.
Large 109cm television in the living room with DVD player and cd player. Main bedroom has a Queen size bed, television and DVD player. Second bedroom has a double bed, a double loft bed (suitable for early teens or younger - not adults) and a futon & a television. Property can sleep up to six comfortably people.
The front yard area is fenced off (house is pet friendly) and has a under cover area with outdoor setting and large BBQ (on request). Ample parking. Premises is semi attached to the front unit and is surrounded by quiet elderly neighbours.
Linen & towels provided. Cost is for up to 4 people. Each extra person is $10. Pets are allowed in the yard only at $10 per night and not inside the house at all. A large size pet tent is available for use.
This property is not for young groups or party-goers. This property is surrounded by elderly neighbours and the property is semi-attached to the front unit which has a elderly couple residing there. Hence No schoolies or large groups.
