Description

Magnolia Cottage is situated one street from the ovens river on Toorak Rd, Bright. This self contained cottage + carport features two bedrooms and a bunkhouse. The bunkhouse is situated in the fully fenced established garden.

Magnolia Cottage provides guests with a "home away from home" feel. Relax on the decking overlooking the shady garden. Have a BBQ in the covered pergola area.

Take a 5 min stroll into Bright for shopping, restaurants or a visit to Bright Brewery.

Rail trail within an easy 10 minute ride. Store your bike securely in our fully fenced garden or under the carport.

Accommodation

The main bedroom has a queen size bed , ceiling fan and walk in robe.
Second bedroom has a double bed plus single bed and built in robes.
The bunkhouse has a double bed with single bunk on top. It also has a small TV and heater/fan making it a perfect retreat for teenagers.
The cottage includeds two bathrooms. The first bathroom (with adjoining door to main bedroom) has a shower and separate bath. The second bathroom has a shower/vanity. Separate Toilet.
The Lounge/Dining has two sofas a split system air conditioner, colour TV, DVD, entertainment unit and a cosy wood fire. Dining table and seating for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. All utensils, pots and pans, toaster and kettle. The breakfast bar has three bar stools which can provide extra seating if required.
Laundry facilities include a front loader washing machine(located in second bathroom), ironing board, iron and clothesline.
Portable cot and high chair provided.
Outdoor setting located on decking which is located off kitchen area. BBQ under covered pergola.

Location

Magnolia Cottage is centrally located therefore once you park your car you can easily walk to all amenities. Bright can be enjoyed in all seasons. In Spring have a stroll around the many beautiful open gardens. Summer go swimming, rafting in the ovens river. Take the children to the adventure playground located in Centenary park. All just a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Bright hosts the Autumn festival so take many walks around Bright to see the colourful displays.
In winter cosy up around the fire after a day spent skiing at the snowfields located within a 1 hours drive.
Bright golf course is a 5 min drive from Magnolia Cottage or if you prefer a bike ride, the rail trail can be joined only ten minutes from the cottage.
Wineries and gourmet area are within an easy drive. Enjoy all that Bright has to offer or just relax at Magnolia Cottage.
