This is a fantastic 2 bedroom property with views across the beach toward Merimbula and to the mountains. Pambula surf beach and Pambula River beach are just a short walk. Bustling Merimbula and Pambula townships are nearby with Merimbula Airport half way between Pambula and Merrimbula. Great food and entertainment are available in Merimbula and surrounds. Two bathrooms (one ensuite), comfortable beds to sleep 5, with good quality furniture and fittings.

  • "Just a quick note to say what a wonderful beach house you have in Pambula Beach! We have had a really great break over the Labor Day w/e and somewhat fallen in love with Pambula...it's so undeveloped, peaceful, and beautiful there!! We had some great weather on Sat & Sun, and enjoyed swimming and sunning ourselves at the beach. Nobody wanted to come home yesterday, and Melbourne seems very busy and overdeveloped in contrast...I can see why you have reserved yourself a lovely piece of paradise! Thank you for letting us share that experience, albeit briefly! "

  • " This was a really lovely place with all the things you need for a week long break.In particular,there is an increadibly well stocked kitchen adn book shelf! Its perfect for kids and families and there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas if you, like us are stuck with rotten weather!! THe house is a little walk from both beaches but you can hear the sound of the waves at night and see the beach from the balconeys. I have never slept so well in my life! Many thanks Annette for a great week away :) "

  • "We have just spent a lovely week in Pambula Beach with our two kids and found this house to be very comfortable. The open plan living area was great. It was clean on arrival, has a well equipped kitchen and some worthwhile books on the bookshelf. We enjoyed: A BBQ on the balcony with glimpses of Pambula Beach; the sound of the ocean at night; the Kangaroos on the nature strip; the private setting with lots trees; the Kookaburras; and walking to Jiguma and the the river beach. We would happily come back again."

  • "We have just had the most relaxing holiday in a perfect welcoming holiday house with all the comforts of home. Located in a very tranquil setting high up amongst the trees with sounds of the bell birds, glimpses and sounds of the surf all within walking distance to the river and ocean. Our days consisted of morning and evening walks to the river,swimming in the surf,enjoying barbecues on the balcony, cooking in a well equipped kitchen,lazing around on comfortable bean bags with a good book, bike riding into merrimbula and only using the car to visit the many beautiful places on the sapphire coast. Highly recommend. "

  • "A fantastic find. The house was perfect, just as described. The owners provided great information and were always available for questions. The lounge and dining area were great for entertaining! This had one of the best equiped kitchens I've ever stayed at - thanks!! Beautiful views of the beach and sea. Pambula Beach is a great location to stay, easy access to the Ben Boyd NP , Eden and the delights of whale-watching (in season) and Merimbula if you want reastaurants/shopping. We're coming back next year for sure!!"

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pambula Beach. The destination is excellent for walking, swimming, vistas and surfing or just eating oyster! We love the environment but it was made even better by our choice of holiday home. The house was just terrific. There is a huge living area with oh so comfortable large couches. There is a old pine (well dined over) dining table for 10 and the kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need. The lay out is excellent. We had barbeques on the private balcony. We sunbaked and sat and read and looked up to see the northern Pambula surf beach. The house was integral to the comfort and ease of our holiday. The owners were also terrific, we corresponded when we made the booking and they easily met our requests. It was so good we have booked for the same time next year. This is now an annual destination for us. "

  • "We absolutely loved the house. It was very welcoming and comfortable. We have hired several houses over the years in Pambula Beach and this one was by far the cleanest. Every appliance was next to new which made everything so easy to use and to keep clean also. Although the house isnt overly large, the ensuite as well as a separate shower and toilet were fabulous especially for a beach holiday. A very well equipped property and we would highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to apply for rental again if available on our next visit to Pambula Beach"

  • "Exactly what we expected. A nice 2 bedroom home in an elevated position with glimpses of the beach. Huge living area and nice outdoor deck provided us with all the space we needed to relax and soak up the serenity. Owners communicated reallly well and made everything easy. Loved it. "
