Description
This is a fantastic two bedroom property with two outdoor decks and views across the beach toward Merimbula and to the mountains. Pambula surf beach and Pambula River beach are just a short walk. Bustling Merimbula and Pambula townships are nearby with Merimbula Airport half way between Pambula and Merrimbula. Great food and entertainment are available in Merimbula and surrounds. Two bathrooms (one ensuite) and a separate toilet, comfortable beds to sleep five, and good quality furniture and fittings.
Just like home
The beauty of this house is that it has all the comforts of home. A well-equipped kitchen can be hard to find in holiday accomm. Not here. Even the fussiest holiday chef will find the equipment they need to create and present a delicious meal at the end of a hard day at the beach.
Brand new large leather lounges that seat five are great for lying on to watch the flat screen tv, read a book, gaze out into the treetops or take an afternoon snooze. The kids will also love the beanbags.
The main bedroom has a new queen size bed selected by an owner with a 'dodgy' back, so you can be sure of a restful night's sleep listening to the surf.
The second bedroom also has excellent quality mattresses on the tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on top) .
We mostly ask that you provide your own linen but it can be organised, if required.
You hardly need to drive
The house is conveniently situated about five minute's walk to the main beach and eight minute's to the river mouth. The cliff walks on the water's edge at PB offer views of migrating whales if you're there at the right time of year.
Most shopping can be done in Pambula township - about 5 minutes away by car. The town also has a number of good cafes, restaurants and pubs.
Merimbula is just a little further by car (about 10 minutes), and has a supermarket, great cafes and restaurants, as well as good holiday shopping opportunities that you never get time for during the year (clothes stores etc).
