The place was absolutley amazing. The view was stunning. The light from the windows made the place seem larger than it was (even though it was large). The bedrooms were elegantly decorated and the beds comfortable. The fittings were new and modern. The layout was good as we were a family and could either be together or separate in our bedroom with our own TV. The security was perfect. Having parking was a great advantage. The location was central. We are definately staying there again.

WOW! The apartment was great. The location is great. The views are great. Staying at the Sub Penthouse was pure luxury, it really made our stay in Melbourne more than enjoyable. Our friends in Perth who have seen the photos we took from the balcony and inside have already taken the phone number.

The views are AMAZING and it was nice to feel like we were living the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Loved the coffee machine, big screen TV's in all the bedrooms and the never ending balcony.... LOVED IT!

We had a fabulous stay in Melbourne at this property. Found it to be close to everything and easy access to the major highways. The apartment itself is very spacious (easily catering for 8)beautifully furnished and appointed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Stunning, modern, appartment with fantastic views, particularly at night. Our teenagers showed us how to work all the remote controls for TVs & blinds. Close enough to attractions without being in the centre of the city & lovely to come 'home' to after a day out. Owner & neighbours were very pleasant.

WOW!!! This was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The location was excellent even though there was a bit of construction work still happening. Superbly equipped and beutifully presented, the owner was a delight to work with. What can I say ... if you can secure a vacancy - grab it immediately. We will be staying there again and again!
