Jake's Loft

Description

Jake's Loft is a cozy coastal cottage suitable for 1-2 couples or a small family. Downstairs features a spacious open plan living area with polished concrete and slate flooring, Coonara wood fire heater and gas heating, ceiling fan, airconditioner, dining setting for 4 and kitchen.

2 large, carpeted bedrooms are located downstairs. Both bedrooms feature a queen size bed and built in robes.

The laundry including washing machine and clothes dryer and a seperate toilet and bathroom are also located downstairs. The bathroom includes a shower over a bathtub.

Upstairs you'll find Jake's Loft to be sunny and spacious, where you can enjoy a game of pool, watch some tv or just relax. The loft also features a second toilet and single bunk beds. A barrier for the stairs is available upon request for the little ones and to help make your stay more relaxing.

The fully fenced backyard features a huge decking with barbeque and outdoor setting for 6. Enjoy the morning or afternoon sun while overlooking the backyard and chemical free vegie patch. Help yourself to seasonal vegetables! The front yard is also fully fenced making the entire yard ideal for visiting dogs.

There is plenty of off street parking, including a single vehicle carport.

CHECK OUT: 10am (unless otherwise agreed with owner)

GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups of more than 4 adults not accepted.

SCHOOLIE BOOKINGS: not accepted.

BOND: A cleaning and/or general bond will apply to all bookings, details will be provided on your booking confirmation.

PETS: A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted at Jake's Loft. Dogs which are house trained may come inside. Please advise the owner when lodging your booking request of your intention to bring a dog. Cats are not permitted at Jake's Loft under any circumstances.

LOCATION

Jake's Loft is located 15 minutes walk from Number 16 ocean beach, where dogs are welcome to walk before 9am.

The Rye, Blairgowrie and Sorrento shopping villages are all within 10 minutes drive.

Jake's Loft is suitable for 1-2 couples or a small family and is central to many local attractions including:
