Butterfly House @ Phillip Island has a large open plan layout including a kitchen, meals area and lounge. The lounge has a Digital LCD television with a DVD player.There is also a radio and compact disc player.
There are two very comfotable sofas. Reverse cycle air conditioning, (heating & cooling), is in the living area.
The kichen is fully equiped with all the cooking utensils you will need. There is a full size stove with oven, microwave, Large two door refrigerator and a dishwasher.
Water filter is provided.
Main bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables and built in wardrobe.
Second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and built in wardrobe. PORTACOT OR A FOLD OUT TRUNDLE BED ARE AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA COST TO FAMILIES. ALL LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The bathroom has a full size bath, separate shower and handbasin.
Laundry has an 8Kg washing machine and laundry tub. Clothes line outside. Ironing board & iron supplied.
Beautiful polished jarrah floors throughout gives the unit a homely feel.
Outside is a covered deck with a Hooded Electric Barbecue. An arbour with a seat and a comfortable outdoor setting. A very relaxing courtyard garden with lighting for you to relax in.
