Kyneton Country Cottage is a delightful self contained country escape, conveniently located near the main shopping precinct and the Kyneton Botanical Gardens.

Perfect for couples looking for a romantic weekend, for girls weekends away or for friends seeking a relaxing break. Small groups accommodated to a maximum of 6 people. You will have sole occupancy.

Rates vary according to number of bedrooms required and number of nights. Long term stays available.

Surrounded by garden and pretty as a picture, once you step inside this fresh and bright cottage with its harmonious blend of old and new, you will instantly feel relaxed.

From the comfortable bedrooms decorated individually in Oriental and English Country styles, to the lovely plasterwork on the ceilings, the original fire surrounds and stained glass windows, you will be charmed by Kyneton Country Cottage.

Relax on the verandah and take in the country air.

The cottage has 2 queen bedrooms and a third twin share bedroom. The spacious sunlit dining and living area opens out to the back garden. The kitchen is conveniently open plan. Curl up and catch up with your reading in the cosy lounge. The bathroom includes a bath and separate shower. Comfortable hydronic heating throughout keeps you warm in Kyneton’s cooler months. Other features for your comfort and entertainment include: an efficient reverse cycle air conditioner, surround sound system and high definition LCD TV.

The established country garden features fragrant roses, bulbs, and a magnificent silver birch in the front lawn, and magnolias and shady trees in the protected backyard.

In the evening it’s a short stroll to The Albion for an excellent meal. The Bowling Club, RSL, food shops and eateries are all close by. The local swimming pool is handy to cool off on a hot day. Catch the train and courtesy bus to the Hanging Rock races.

TARIFFS: Please enquire for rates for groups up to 6 persons and for longer stays. Rates vary according to number of bedrooms required and number of nights. Light startup breakfast included.

Tariff example:
A TWO night weekend stay for TWO couples is $600,
additional nights $160 per night.
A TWO night weekend stay for THREE couples is $700, additional nights $180 per night.

WELCOME BREAKFAST PROVISIONS: You will find start-up supplies for a light breakfast eg Bakery toast loaf, jar of local jam (take with you), spreads, fruit juice, milk, tea selection, plunger coffee and shortbread biscuits.


Please note that the cottage is not suitable for toddlers, if you are enquiring regarding suitability for children please indicate the children's ages.
