ANJABH (Absolutely Not Just Another Beach House) This 2 storey home is located only a few minutes walk to Diamond Beach and is directly opposite the park which is ideal for those games of football or cricket or room for the children to play. Enjoy the ocean view and sea breeze whilst relaxing on the front balcony.
Upstairs: Includes a large open living area with TV, VCR CD, separate dining room, new kitchen with microwave, main bedroom with Queen Bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 singles, 3 way bathroom.
Downstairs: Includes 3rd bedroom with Double bed , 4th bedroom/rumpus with TV and 2 single & fold out DB/lounge, there is also a 2nd shower & toilet, laundry with washing machine & dryer. The rear yard is fenced and has shaded areas. BBQ is included along with a double lockup garage.

Minimum stay in ANJABH is 3 nights. FULL WEEKLY bookings apply during ALL school holiday periods - Saturdays to Saturdays ONLY.

Location

Diamond Beach is located approximately 3 hours north of Sydney and 15 minutes from Forster on the Mid North Coast. The area hosts local shops including Takeaway, Butchers, Newsagency, Bakery, Real Estate, Hairdressers, Cafe, Veterinary & Liquor shop and a short drive to Hallidays point minimarket and shopping complex. Taree is 20 minutes north and has most major shopping outlets.

Area Overview

ANJABH is situated opposite a large park with lots of play equipment for all ages of children. The beach is 200m from the front door and is ideal for surfing, fishing, long walks or exploring around the rock ledge.

The three beach side villages have a combined population of 2500 and are situated just 15 minutes drive north of Forster and a comfortable 3 hours drive from Sydney. The idyllic beach lifestyle and quiet village atmosphere makes this part of the Mid North Coast a great holiday destination for families and a perfect getaway for young couples looking for a romantic escape.
The area boasts many fabulous beaches, which offer all the delights of safe swimming, surfing and fishing. Diamond Beach is 5 kilometres of pristine golden sand, which stretches from Red Head northward to Saltwater. The beach is sparsely populated with two thirds protected by nature reserve. The scenic lookout at Red Head is a perfect vantage point for whale watching and seeing dolphins play, with views down Black Head Beach towards Forster.
In the area there is a huge range of holiday activities including deep sea fishing, scuba diving, rainforest walks, lake cruises and horse riding. Our picturesque hinterland of Gloucester, the Barrington Tops, historical Stroud and Ellenborough Falls offer perfect destinations for day trips or picnic outings.
For the sporting person, we have golf courses in Forster, Tuncurry and Taree. Theres a bowling club and tennis court in Hallidays Point. In fact, any activity you can think of can be found in the Manning and Great Lakes regions.
