Lake Mermaid is centrally located with only minutes to Beaches, Pacific Fair and Surfers. All Theme Parks are 20 only mins away, with public transport available.

The house itself is fully fenced and very child friendly, with garaging for up to 4 cars and also driveway parking.

The house is equipped with loads of storage in all bedrooms
and kitchen which also has s/steel appliances with everything you need for your stay.
