The master bedroom has its own wing with magnificent
water views, and direct access to the outdoor alfresco area.
Consisting of a huge walk in, and a beautiful, large ensuite with its private spa.
It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with peaceful waterfront surroundings, with your own sandy beach and jetty for a spot of fishing with all equipment supplied.
There are 2 parks located at your doorstep for picnicking, games and relaxation, with one park having access to fishing.
Lake Mermaid is centrally located with only minutes to Beaches, Pacific Fair and Surfers. All Theme Parks are 20 only mins away, with public transport available.
The house itself is fully fenced and very child friendly, with garaging for up to 4 cars and also driveway parking.
The house is equipped with loads of storage in all bedrooms
and kitchen which also has it's own Butlers Walk in Pantry. S/steel appliances with everything you need for your stay.
Located only 2 mins. walk to Q super Centre with W/Worths, Coles and Aldi (3 Major Supermarkets), as are eateries such as Maccas, Hungry Jacks, Coffee Club and over 40 speciality shops and lots more.
