This architecturally designed house offers the perfect group or family holiday and can easily cater for two families with sleeping for up to 12. The Northern section of the house is an air conditioned parents retreat with two large bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), separate bathroom and 2nd lounge room. The additional 3 bedrooms are all light and airy and can be configured as 5 single beds or a double and 3 singles. An upstairs air conditioned attic is a sixth double bedroom if required. Extra beds can be supplied on request.

Downstairs a huge 80sq metre entertainment room with home theatre and BOSE surround sound has plenty of space for functions, dancing, yoga, meetings, rehearsals or just enjoying your favourite DVDs on the big screen.

Koalas, echidnas, wallabies and possums are regular visitors and the kids will love collecting fresh eggs and feeding the chickens, goats and horses. The fully fenced inground pool, cubbyhouse and sandpit will keep the young amused for hours.

Mealtimes are a pleasure in the large fully equipped kitchen with Ilve appliances, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Alfresco dinning has never been better with the choice of 4 outdoor settings. Enjoy breakfast on the Eastern deck after your morning swim and then lunch in the poolside cabana. Sip your pre-dinner drinks while watching magnificent sunsets from the northern deck before a family barbeque in the undercover dinning area.
