Polished Cyrus Pine floors, with second toilet in the laundary. This is a smoke free property. Includes TV, DVD, CD Player, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Basic pantry needs supplied.

LOCATION

Saratoga is located across the Brisbane Water from Gosford, sitting on a Peninsula, with Davistown as it's neighbour. A 10-15min drive will see you arrive at the beautiful surfing beaches of Avoca and Terrigal, also known for their excellent cafes and restaurants. Feeling like a game of tennis or cricket? Saratoga has it's own facilities at the waters edge. Besides the local village shops and liquor supplies, which are just around the corner, you also have the option of a large supermarket which is open 24/7 at Kincumber.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

One house back from the waterfront, approx 50m walk to the beautiful Brisbane Waters edge, you can launch your boat from the boat ramp, wet a fishing line from the wharf, picinic with the children in the park across the road while watching the sunset.

Bus transport at the front door to, clubs, shopping centres and surfing beaches. Get the courtesy bus to the well known Davistown RSL Club for the bistro meal or a drink. Or you can catch the local ferry across to Ettalong with connection to the Palm Beach ferry.
