Overlooking the beautiful \"Horizons\" Golf Course this third floor apartment offers privacy, peace and quiet. It will impress the keen golfer and the holiday maker who wants a resort style holiday not far from the beach but without the crowds.

You will be pleasantly surprised at the comfortable layout and furnishings of this executive style apartment which is fully self contained with 2 bedrooms, main bathroom (separate shower, bath & toilet), ensuite (shower & toilet) off main bedroom, combined lounge/dining room, well equipped kitchen and internal laundry.

The air-conditioned living area is comfortably furnished and offers a large screen LCD TV, Foxtel and a wide selection of books, games and DVDs.

The apartment is surrounded by windows and a large wrap around verandah with Weber gas barbecue, an outdoor table setting and a sun lounger to take advantage of the summer breezes and panoramic views over the prestigious golf course. Wallabies are frequently seen early in the morning or at dusk but they also randomly hop along the fairways. A koala lives in a gum tree behind the apartment and the easiest way to spot him is to listen for his grunts!

The golf course, driving range and practice putting green are right at your doorstep and the apartment includes access to two pools (one of which is heated), spa, sauna, volley ball court, communal BBQ area, children\'s play equipment and tennis court. The tennis court and communal BBQs should be booked at reception prior to use. Tennis racquets are available for hire. There is also a bar, cafe and the resort\'s award winning restaurant.

Alternatively you might like to go for a walk along the fire trail sign-posted behind the apartments or a ride around the resort or along the bike track across the road from the resort using the 2 complimentary 26 inch bikes.

If you need to stay connected to the outside world internet is available at reception either with or without your laptop for a modest charge payable to the resort.

There is one allocated undercover parking space and plenty of off-street parking for another vehicle or boat. Access to the apartment is via a lift or 2 flights of stairs.

In common with other privately rented apartments and condominiums at the resort, linen is not included in the rental. If you don\'t want to bring your own sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels, linen hire can easily be arranged. If you are bringing your own linen please note that 2 of the beds are King Singles and ordinary single fitted sheets will not fit.

You can enjoy a complete holiday without leaving the resort however, if you must leave, you are only a few minutes drive to a sandy beach or under a ten minute drive to One Mile and Birubi Surf Beaches. Feel free to borrow our 2.1m surf ski if you have appropriate transport to get it to and from the beach. It\'s well used but we have had loads of fun paddling around on it (and falling off) at the bay beaches.

With all that\'s on offer at the apartment, Horizons Golf Resort and Port Stephens you can\'t help but have a good time!

Sleeps 6 - 1 Queen, 2 King Singles and 2 Trundles. The recommended maximum number of adults is 4.
