Overlooking the beautiful "Horizons" Golf Course, this north facing apartment offers comfort, privacy, peace and quiet. It will appeal to keen golfers or holiday makers who want a resort style holiday not far from the beach but without the crowds.
The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom (separate shower, bath & toilet), ensuite (shower & toilet), combined lounge/dining room, kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, bone china, champagne flutes, wine glasses & ice bucket) and internal laundry(washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron).
The apartment is surrounded by windows and a large wrap around verandah with Weber gas barbecue, an outdoor table setting and a sun lounger to take advantage of the summer breezes and panoramic views over the golf course and adjoining bushland. Wallabies are frequently seen early in the morning or at dusk and native birds abound.
The air-conditioned living area offers a large screen LCD TV, DVD, foxtel and a wide selection of books, games and DVDs. There is also a second LCD TV with foxtel relay in the master bedroom. If you need to stay connected to the outside world complimentary Wi Fi internet access is available in the apartment.
The golf course, driving range and practice putting green are right at your doorstep as are the two heated pools (smaller pool only open winter), volley ball court, communal BBQ area, children's play equipment and tennis court (bring your own racquets & balls).
Alternatively you might like to go for a walk along the fire trail sign-posted behind the apartments or a ride around the resort or along the bike track across the road from the resort using the 2 complimentary 26 inch bikes.
Breakfast, lunch and early dinner are available seven days a week in the cafe and bar. A more formal dinner is available in the restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings.
There is one allocated undercover parking space and plenty of off-street parking for another vehicle or boat. Access to the apartment is via a lift or 2 flights of stairs.
In common with other privately owned apartments and condominiums at Horizons linen is not included in the rental. If you prefer not to bring your own, hire of sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, face washers, bathmats, tea towels and beach towels can be arranged at a cost of $25 per person.
You can enjoy a complete holiday without leaving the resort however, if you must leave, you are only a few minutes drive to a sandy beach or under a ten minute drive to One Mile and Birubi Surf Beaches. Feel free to borrow our 2.1m surf ski if you have appropriate transport to get it to and from the beach. It's well used but we have had loads of fun paddling around on it (and falling off) at the bay beaches.
With all that's on offer at the apartment, Horizons Golf Resort and Port Stephens you can't help but have a good time!
Sleeps 5 - 1 Queen, 2 King Singles and 1 Trundle. The 2 king singles in the 2nd bedroom can be joined together to form a 'super-king' bed. Normal king sheets will not fit it. If you would like these beds to be joined together please advise my agent at the time of booking and they will arrange it and linen hire for the bed. THE RECOMMENDED MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ADULTS IS 4.
