Description

Sunset Villa is a lovely house with high quality furnishings throughout.The house consists of a front lounge with comfortable sofas and dvd combi tv with playstation and games area with a pool table. Further into the house is a large family space with a kitchen with lots of worksurface,breakfast bar,dishwasher,microwave,oven and hob.The kitchen overlooks a lounge which has 2 large comfy sofas from which you can watch the large 42"plasma tv with dvd player. Here you will also find a dining room with a table and 8 chairs. From here there is patio doors leading out to the alfresco dining with table and chairs and barbecue and a pretty, well looked after garden with sunloungers.The house is fully air conditioned with vents in every room.

Accomodation

Accomodation is a large master bedroom with kingsize bed, huge built in robe,2 dressing tables with lots of drawers and a mirror and ensuite shower room. A queen bed is in the second bedroom with built in robe and plenty of drawer space.In the third bedroom there is bunk beds consisting of a double and single size bed and built in robe and drawers.The fourth bedroom has a single bed with bedside cabinet, drawers and built in robe.Here you will also find the family bathroom with a bath and shower unit and vanity.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,dishwasher,oven,hob and pots and pans etc. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer too.
There is also a woodburning stove in the family area for taking off the chill in the winter nights.
