Description
One of Avalon's best. A large, private 4 bedroom house, set on a 1/4 acre of lawns and Australian native gardens, all just 500m level, quiet walk to North Avalon Beach. Hit the beach in the morning, then laze by the pool on the north facing, sun drenched deck in the afternoon.
The house features an open plan kitchen/living area and a large, second living area, both with plasma screen TVs. The very private, child friendly backyard includes a fully tiled 10m swimming pool and spacious, open lawn areas.There are also a cubby with swings and an enclosed trampoline.
Sleeps 10 people comfortably - There is a master bedroom with ensuite, and 3 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with single bunk beds, and one with a single bed. There is a double fold out sofa bed in the kids' playroom.
Great Things to Do!
Avalon beach offers the best in Aussie surfing options, and is also a patrolled swimming beach - only 500m away.
To make your stay more enjoyable, surfboards, adults' and kids' bikes, childrens' toys and games and fishing equipment are all available on request.
Whale Beach and Palm Beach - playgrounds of the rich & famous - are a 3-5 minute scenic drive away.
Pittwater - one of Australia's most beautiful waterways - is less than a 1km away. We can put you in touch with contacts for a day of sailing....or you can hire a run about and explore secluded coves and beaches in the National Park.
Avalon Village - a little bit trendy, a little bit alternative. A truly awesome range of great cafes and restaurants. Boutique shopping and all the 'boring but necessary' amenities are a 10 minute stroll.
Climb to Barrenjoey Lighthouse, fish to your heart's content or buy succulent fresh seafood, lots of playgrounds for kids, the most beautiful scenery on the planet (we'll leave a list of the secret spots!).

The property is ideal for a family holiday, or for 2 couples. The property is not available for parties, reunions, singles etc.
