Freshwater Bay ia a north facing beach house located in a prime position with spectacular views overlooking beautiful Penneshaw Bay.
Enjoy sensational beach and sea views from the covered deck,living, dining and kitchen areas and the main bedroom. Enjoy in all seasons!
Open living and dining area is spacious, light and airy with comfortable lounge and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Enjoy drinks and alfresco dining on the spacious elevated deck and take in superb views of Penneshaw Beach and Backstairs Passage to the mainland.
The 3 bedrooms accommodate 8 people. main bedroom with a queen bed,second bedroom with 2 single beds and the third is a family room with a queen and a bunk bed. Mattresses are very comfortable and all beds are supplied with linen and towels.
Attached is a large garage with room for a car and a boat
The large backyard adjoins a native reserve at the rear and is a great spot for ball games and watching wallabies and varied bird life including Blue Wrens and various cockatoos including the Glossy Black Cockatoo.
Fairy penguins and dolphins are found in the bay and there is a penguin information and viewing area with in walking distance of the house
