Description

This 3 br near new cottage is located in a quiet road approximately 500m from Venus Bays No 5 surf beach and a short drive or good walk from No 1 beach (patrolled in summer months) and the local shopping strip and cafe.

See Victoria's spectacular coastline of pristine beaches bordered by Cape Liptrap National Park and enjoy Victoria's answer to the Gold Coast.

The house offers open plan living/dining area equipped with TV, DVD and stereo, a fully equipped kitchen with extra large fridge and a shade sail covered front outdoor decking with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

The extra large main bedroom upstairs, has a queen bed with QS Quilt, pillows and an additional single bed.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a single bed and the third has two single beds with a foldaway bed available by prior request.

The laundry is equipped with a near new washing machine and dryer.

Bring bikes, surf boards or body boards to take advantage of the fantastic surf at a choice of 5 fabulous surf beaches or fishing gear to take advantage of great fishing opportunities at the inlet - its so easy the kids can catch their own dinner!

Bring your own linen (sheets, pillow & quilt covers) or linen can be supplied (at an additional fee)

Short walk to local beach with fantastic surf and fantastic fun for kids. Even shorter walk to local fisherman's jetty. Enjoy fresh whiting or flathead!

Kangaroos and kookaburra's live in the natural bushland surrounding the property.

All conveniences that you would find in your own home but within a stone's throw of the most beautiful beaches in Victoria. Mobile telephone reception is available in this area.

Things to do in Venus Bay

Swimming, surfing, wind/kitesurfing, bike riding, bush and coastal walks, river and surf fishing, birdwatching and golf.

Location

The property offers easy access to beautiful surf beaches, Cape Liptrap National Park and Andersons Inlet.

Venus Bay is approx 165kms south east of Melbourne just past Wonthaggi. Travel time from City via Monash Freeway is approximately 2 hours.
