Situated on the first floor of the heritage-listed Stanhill building, this 2-bedroom boutique apartment provides outstanding facilities for up to four guests, is flanked by gorgeous parks and gardens, and yet is only minutes from the centre of Melbourne.

Modern classic in style, this apartment overlooks tennis courts (that are used by international stars during the Australian Open in January) and faces Albert Park, a cherished playground for Melburnians that features a lake, golf course, an aquatic centre and oodles of space to stretch out and play. If the park looks familiar, you probably recognise it as the venue for the Australian Grand Prix, which takes places here in March. Beyond the park are the hedonistic delights of the famous seaside suburb of St Kilda.

St Kilda Road is a grand elm-lined boulevard that provides easy access to the city centre, which is just a few stops on one of Melbourne’s historic trams.

Faithfully decorated to suit its art deco origins, the apartment features comfortable, quality furnishings throughout. Two light bedrooms provide queen and king (or twin single) sized beds with crisp cotton linen and built-in robes with plenty of storage.

The stylish bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower cabin, washer/dryer combo laundry appliance and luxurious bathrobes and towels. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances including refrigerator & freezer, gas stove with oven, and microwave. The living area is furnished to maximise comfort and includes a flat screen TV, DVD and stereo as well as a separate dining area. Other features include security intercom door entry system and one secure car parking space. The block also has an in-house beauty salon, there’s a café and picnic hampers can be provided on request.

Central to many of Melbourne’s main attractions, including the city centre itself, this apartment is perfect if you want to be in the centre of the action yet have the space and quiet to kick back whenever the mood takes you.
