Short stroll to a small strip of wonderful beachside shops that capture the hoilday feel. Bakery, Newsagent, Groceries, 2 Restaurants, Cafes, Video, Liquor, Fish and Chip shop, cater for all the essentials.
Both Copacabana and Mcmasters beach are patrolled between flags, with rock pools plus lagoon for protected swimming. Choice of beach and lagoon fishing.
Avoca, Terrigal & many more beaches and bays just a short drive away. Choice of cinemas within 10 minutes drive.

RIOS was fantastic, well located near the beach, everything we needed. The lovely fenced in backyard was great as we had young children. we had 2 families of 4 very comfortably here. Definitely come back

I stayed at this house just for a 3 night weekend gathering with some friends and it was great! The house looks great, lighting is beautiful and warm, kitchen is sufficient, and the best is the big undercover area. It was a rainy trip, however the undercover backyard still gave us the chance for a BBQ or a drink on the porch. Great Stay!

A group of 8 of us stayed at RIOS for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely with a fabulous outdoor alfresco area. It is a short walk from the beach and some shops, a really great weekend!! We'd definitely stay again :-)

The words great and wonderful come to mind for our stay in Rios. The house is big and spacious and accommodated to all (10 people) our needs. The beach was a short walking distance as were the local shops. A very pleasant experience at the house with many memories made. We will definitely be going back again!

Magic spot. Perfect for catering to large groups. Few easy minutes to the beach and 30 secs to the tennis courts. Rozanna was wonderful to deal with in the led up to our stay and during. We would HIGHLY reccommend staying at RIOS.

What a wonderful stay we had at RIOS!.... This house was perfect for our 2 families with 5 children...gorgeous house,well equipped and a lovely area close to the beach... We relaxed on the back deck at night while the kids played backyard cricket..Thankyou so much and we will definately be back!

Beautiful, clean house - even better than the pictures! Amazing birdlife kept all 9 of us entertained (in between all the eating, drinking swimming and snoozing!) and we loved the whole experience. Wish we could have stayed much longer, but we'll definitely be back!

RIOS is a beautiful well-appointed hilday house. It is especially suitable for family gatherings with small children as it is both safe & well designed for such a visit. The lovely bathrooms and 4 bedrooms give plenty of scope for togetherness with privacy... idael.

A very well presented property. It suited our family with private bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, toilets. With only personal linen required all other household needs were well catered. The indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably sat 10 at meal times. Shops and the beach are in easy walking distance from the property. A great place to stay and I would definitely stay again.
