  • "A brilliant place to stay in Lorne. A comfortable house with room for the whole family and everything you would need. A short 10min walk to town. Unparalleled view. Will definitely be back."

  • "Value for Money. One of the few places you can stay for only one night. We wished we had more time to indulge in the Livingroom view. What a great sunrise. The fireplace kept us warm in the night. We will be back but maybe a bit later when our son (2 years) is a bit older because of too many steps and no closed street fencing. For a shorttrip along the GOR it was perfect. Thanks."

  • "A BARGAIN! and beautiful place to stay - heaps of cutlery - cooking utensils so you can make anything from a stew to bbq. internet access, fire and firewood supplied! had a truly wonderful time there and even got to see a whale from the living room! (we quickly rushed down to see it)"

  • "A beaut place to stay with teenage kids. They were able to walk into the town centre or patrolled beach (about 20mins walk). The house was no frills but definitely comfortable with a brilliant view. It was very welcoming. We'd be back in a flash!"

  • "What a wonderful location, overlooking the ocean and only 5-10mins walk to a great swimming beach (only 2mins down to the beach, but rocky). The house is very homely and accommodating and perfect for a medium-large group. Sitting on the deck with the BBQ was perfect. Thanks Doug, we'll definately be back!"
