With only a short walk to Tathra Beach safe sheltered swimming off Kianinny Bay and local shops, cafes and restaurants The View offers the perfect holiday retreat.
The apartment has a good sized deck with a large open plan living area, two bedrooms and modern bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bunk beds.
Even on a rainy day the View offers holiday makers the option to curl up on a comfortable lounge with a book, while watching the waves roll by and the sea eagles flying past.

  • "Fantastic property - the best we've stayed at in the far south coast. The views are magnificent and it's nice to be able to hear the sea. The unit is away from the main road and therefore very quiet. It was also very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again - hopefully next time for a longer period as a weekend just wasn't enough to completely soak up the tranquility!"

Our family had a lovely time at "The View" and could not wait to get back each day after touring around beautiful Tathra. Paul and Lee could not be more helpful or friendly and not only was the view spectacular but their garden is also a gem. I also enjoyed their great book collection, not your usual selection for a holiday rental."

The ocean views were excellent and it was especially enjoyable whale watching from the breakfast table. We loved the bushwalking opportunities which started at the back gate and went north or south along the coast. The accommodation was very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. Ray & Alice"

The drawcard is an amazing view of the ocean and at this time of year sightings of whales migrating to Antarctica. The apartment is immaculate with everything you could need. We just wish we could have stayed longer. The owners Paul and Lee were so accommodating and helpful. We will certainly return again. "

I highly recommend The View to anyone wishing to vacation in Tathra. It is well equipped, very clean and its friendly host is on-site. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon."
