Walks along the beach, to the mouth of the river and along the river foreshore are highlights of a holiday by the water at Augusta.
Immediately to the north is an A-Class Reserve of pristine southern coastal vegetation, giving a sense of isolation away from the crowd, even though the house is situated less than 1km from the Augusta town centre.
It is an ideal spot for a relaxing break with family and friends, providing a very comfortable summer seaside experience, or a cosy retreat around the wood fire as the winter sets in.
The house has a large living area downstairs which includes the dining area, kitchen and lounge with open fireplace. Next to the kitchen is the laundry and separate toilet.
There are three bedrooms sleeping six people maximum. The upstairs bedrooms are 1 x double bedroom & 1 x twin bedroom with a shared bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs there is 1 x Kingsize Master bedroom with private ensuite and doors out to garden.
Outdoor areas are deck & brick paved for summer entertainment and include a barbecue area and clothes line.
The house is fully self-contained, but remember to bring your own music, CDs or DVD's.
