**NOTE-Although called Avoca Retreat, the entire house is for rent. Not available room by room.

This house is beautifully furnished and has every comfort for a family holiday. There are 5 bedrooms -
Entry level- 1 queen with adjacent spa bathroom.
Lower level- 2 double bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom plus 1 bathroom.
Loft- Queen bed plus single bed.
Big gas heater in living area.
Reverse cycle aircon makes it cool in summer and snug in winter.
Huge rumpus room downstairs with 2 extra day beds.

Private and quiet, set in 1/2 acre of bushland.

Linen/towels can be provided at extra charge.

Avoca beach is a 5 minute walk from the house.
Avoca Village is also a 5 minute walk and has a number of shops and a historic cinema. Tennis courts also down the road. Other sporting facilities and Erina Fair shopping centre a 15 min drive away.
