Description

Over the last year, Binda has been tastefully renovated in a casual and cosy beach house style. Overlooking a quiet bay with views of the Lake and national park that will take your breath away at every glance. Binda is the ideal base for endless water activities on the Lake or nearby beaches. The boat ramp is 100 metres from the door and pristine beaches are a 7 minute drive, as are the coffee shops and village atmosphere of Milton. But if it is simply peace, tranquility and quiet you are looking for, then Binda has that too.

Lake Conjola

Lake Conjola is truly a magical unspoilt part of Australia and a well kept secret. Its easy to feel at one with nature around the endless bays of the Lake and the large stretch of beautiful golden sand of Conjola Beach. The mouth of the Lake is a great place to fish, swim laps, row, water ski, wake board or just sit and watch the kids frolic in the safe protected water. The coastline from Bendalong to Bawley point has some of the best surfing breaks on the south coast all within a half hour drive. For golfers there is an 18 hole golf course in Mollymook - a 10 minute drive. For bowlers - the Club is 5 minutes away and has a great restaurant and meat raffle on Friday night.
A few days at Binda is an escape from all that makes life complicated and demanding.

Accommodation

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single bunks, a rumpus/games room with 2 built in bunks/daybeds TV, DVD and new bathroom. The lounge has a large LCD TV, DVD and CD player.
Downstairs is a bedroom suite with its own TV and ensuite.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a gourmet meal and features all new appliances including a dishwasher.
The living, dining and kitchen open to a large north facing deck overlooking the bay inviting that casual, memorable experience of sharing - cooking, eating and relaxing with friends and family, whilst the kids are happy in their own space doing their thing. Being so close to the Lake means the house stays warm in winter and gets cool breezes in summer.

All bedding and mattresses are new and of the best quality. The only thing you need to bring is sheets and towels. Blankets, pillows, doonas, bathmats, handtowels and tea towels are supplied.
