If it’s a relaxing holiday you yearn for in seventies comfort and style then the light, airy spaciousness of “Copa 70’s Retreat” is for you. Perfect for one… or room enough for two families to enjoy this 4 bedroom (7 beds) home positioned on a huge flat block just a few minutes stroll to the child friendly end of Copacabana beach, shops and parks.

Upstairs you will find the main bedroom and bathroom which includes a separate bath. The charming open planned kitchen, living and dining areas open onto one small and one sizeable deck with outdoor table setting and BBQ.

Downstairs you will find the second bedroom with a double, the third bedroom with 2 singles and a trundle and the fourth room can be used us a bedroom utilising the two singles - or enjoy it as a rumpus using the floor space and 2nd TV and DVD. There is also a second bathroom/laundry with a shower (handy for an after beach rinse), toilet, washing machine and dryer.

The front and back yards are huge(and flat!) – plenty of room for the kids to kick a ball and have a hit of cricket, or for you to just laze about in the sun with a book in between beach visits.

You will feel an instant wave of relaxation come over you as soon as you walk in and your feet land on the “almost” shag pile carpet. The house is bright and the large doors leading off the living areas make it breezy when you want!

The sand is just a 200m, flat, stroll away, and the shops another 20m from there. 120m in the other direction there is a large park, with kids playground, bike track and two tennis courts.

The Copacabana village has everything on offer:
3 cafes, 1 restaurant, newsagent, general store, bakery, 2 hairdressers + beautician, fish & chip shop, bottlestore and a dvd store.

If you are in need of a bit more hustle and bustle... Avoca is just five minutes drive... and Terrigal another 10 mins from there.

... this is the beauty of Copacabana... an absolute beach village without the crowds.

If you haven't been to Copa... it's time you did! :)

"My daughters and i could not have been happier with our recent weekend get away to Copacabana. the house was fantastic with just a short stroll to the beach and corner shops. I could not get over how accomodating it was for children especially young ones. our only problem was that we had only booked for the weekend. I am hoping to return for a full week shortly, it is like a home away from home. For me the best part was being able to sit on the balcony at night and hear the waves crashing on the beach. i highly recomend the Copa 70's retreat."

"We had a family function to attend at Green Point and needed somewhere to stay with our grown children and their partners. This property provided a great place for us to stay. It was affordable and was the perfect place for our stay. The accommodation was basic but comfortable and clean. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, great sized fridge, fabulous upstairs balcony. We loved our weekend here."
