The cottage garden really does have a green tree frog or two (but they are shy!), and you can relax on either of the two decks overlooking the greenery, while your children play in the fenced backyard which is also safe for dogs. For couples, it is a perfect retreat. Family friendly short term and holiday accommodation at it's best.

Nudgee is just 10 minutes from the airport, to the north along the Gateway Motorway. A quiet leafy residential suburb with no traffic noise and everything you need just down the street, adjacent to Hendra and Northgate, it's a great place to make as your base for visiting Brisbane.

Local shops are within walking distance, as is the train station for a 23 minute trip to the city. Centro Toombul and Westfield Chermside are your nearest large shopping centres a short drive away.

On the southside of the river, Balmoral is just 10 minutes to the city, Southbank and the Brisbane Convention centre. Drive to a local train station for easy access to the city too, or hop on a local bus. 40 minutes to Dreamworld and Movie World and Wet'n'Wild, 60 minutes to Surfers Paradise and Sea World. A really well located home for your visit to Brisbane.
