A huge town-house on two levels, four bedrooms three bathrooms, and an extra toilet.

This beach is the best kept secret, like your own private patch of sand, great swimming and surfing.
Golf enthusiasts will find superb golf courses in the area.


Ground floor: A large comfortable lounge with sofas, TV, CD DVD player and Foxtel is installed. There are many DVDs for your enjoyment.

The dining area has a dining table to seat 8
The modern kitchen has all amenities including a dishwasher. All cooking pots and table ware and everything there in order to prepare a gourmet meal or just a snack.
The laundry has a washing machine and drier.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedside tables and lights, built in wardrobes and there is an en-suite bathroom.

First floor: Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedside tables and lights, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed that can be split into 2 single beds if requested, bedside tables and lights and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 4 has a king sized single bed, bedside table and light, built in wardrobes, a single fold bed is available if necessary.
The Main bathroom has a bath and also a shower cubicle.

The house is incredibly cool even on a very hot day as there are always sea breezes creating cross ventilation.

Outside: Gardens front and rear, a BBQ and outdoor setting for your alfresco dining.

There are three golf courses in Malabar, the nearest being Randwick which is only about 5 minutes walk and also has an excellent dining room and restaurant.

There are other restaurants in the vicinity within about 4 minutes walk.

The Maroubra is the next suburb where you will find more restaurants a large shopping precinct and another beach to explore.

The bus stop is a 1 minutes walk and a visit to Sydney by bus will take about half an hour to 40 minutes depending on traffic. Also to Bondi Junction and theNew Westfield’s Shopping precinct and spend time exploring the many, many excellent stores and shops and restaurants.
You can have a great time at Circular Quay; From here you can take a ferry to many harbour beaches as well as to Taronga Zoo. Visit the Opera House while you are at the Quay.
On the quayside there are the buskers and pavement artists to entertain you and a whole stretch of restaurants.
A few steps away is the ‘Rocks Area’ which is a must to experience.
For serious shopping go take the bus to Town Hall and visit the Queen Victoria building with it’s many and varied shops; from fashion to food. David Jones and Myers department stores are very close in this vicinity.

There is a charge for a departure clean. A bond of $2500 is required. This is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the property.
