North Shore studio apartment is fully self-contained and fully furnished with a separate fully equipped kitchen and private separate bathroom.

The apartment includes reverse cycle air conditioning, internal laundry facilities, an under cover courtyard with a barbeque and Garigal National Park outlook, and off street parking for 2 cars.

The studio has only one neighbour and occupies first level of a three storey house. The apartment has its own private entrance and driveway.

Located between Sydney City Centre and Sydney Sandy Northern Beaches with 10 minutes walk to shopping centre, restaurants and cafes. Bus stop is at door (which will take you to the centre of Sydney in 40 minutes), and 15 minutes drive to Dee Why or Manly beach. Enjoy excellent bush walks to Middle Harbour, and Parks.
