Appliances include a 40cm HD LCD TV, Bose entertainment system, new luxury kitchen with oven, ceramic hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, filtered water on tap and all necessary utensils, glasses and cutlery.

Located in the heart of Claremont on the edge of the Swan river and only a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Cottesloe beach.

  • "We have just stayed 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 young children. We already live in the area but are renovating and found this unit an ideal place to call home. The complex is in a beautiful location with a park, the shops and transport all nearby. The unit is in immaculate condition with everything you need and the space is surprising. The views are beautiful and everyone in the complex is really friendly. Owners are very helpful as well. A great stay thank you "

  • "Our London based family stayed for about 4 weeks - for 2 adults and 2 small children the apartment was ideal, particularly with a spacious living area. The apartment is well kept,clean and with simple but modern furnishings. It is very well equipped. The outlook is pleasant amd the location is very convenient to the major shopping centre at Claremont. The presence of an on-site caretaker for the building is a bonus. We would be very happy to use the apartment again. "

  • "I stayed at this apartment for one week whilst visiting my family in Nedlands. The apartment was first class-large,clean & comfortable with a modern kitchen & great appliances. Three great bedrooms & two bathrooms-one with ensuite. It had everything one could wish for with a wonderful view of the Swan River from the lounge room window. Bayview Terrace (wonderful shopping) was a 10 minute walk away and the bus to/from the city stops right outside the front door. One could not ask for more. I will definitely be back with my family. With a fully equiped kitchen with top of the range appliances, made our occasional cooking easy! The apartment is more than adequately furnished with comfortable lounging, dining and full laundry facilities. The linen supplied was also top of the range, David Jones making sleeping after a busy day shopping all the more pleasant! Our stay was made even better by the onsite Manager, Glanmour and his wife Lyn, whom were more than willing to accomodate our every need. A most pleasant and welcomed surprise for strangers to the city of Perth. I would highly recommend this fine apartment to anyone."
