Stroll 5 minutes to the pristine waters & sands of South Narrawallee Beach (550m) or drive to beautiful Narrawallee Inlet (1.5km). Drive to Beach Road, Mollymook Beach in the afternoon to avoid the sea breeze (1km).
Perfectly sized for a family of 4 - 7, quality furnishings & bedding, with all the comforts a relaxing holiday demands.

Downstairs, plus ensuite:
Main bedroom = 1 queen bed
Upstairs, plus separate bathroom:
Bedroom 2 = 1 king single bed + 1 single bed
Bedroom 3 = 1 single bed
Bedroom 4 = 1 queen bed (in loft)
Thus, my home is ideally sized for up to 2 couples and 3 children.
What bedding / linen is provided:-
Doonas for Winter / light covers for Summer, pillows, mattress protectors & pillow protectors are provided.
What bedding / linen is optional:-
Fitted sheets, cover sheets & pillowcases can be supplied at $20 per person; and bath towels, hand towels, washers, bathmats & tea towels at $10 per person. However, this can be reduced depending on the ages of any children.
The backyard is 'dog friendly' with a secure fenced & gated area, however we ask that dogs not be allowed into the house please.
Public holidays are charged at half the relevant weekend rate (per night) e.g. $250.
Extra person(s) above 4 are charged at 10% the nightly rate (per person per night) e.g. $14.
NB: Only one discount is applicable per booking (i.e. either Mid-week or Last Chance).
Located just 2.5 hrs (some 220km) easy drive from Sydney or Canberra is pristine Narrawallee beach. Narrawallee is adjacent to Mollymook & located between the historical village of Milton & the fishing village of Ulladulla.
With its crystal clear waters & pure white sands, Narrawallee Beach is the perfect holiday destination offering ideal swimming conditions, numerous surfing spots, kids safe swimming (patrolled during summer, Christmas & Easter holidays) & a variety of rock pools to explore. All of this whilst remaining secluded & unspoiled.
There is everything here from swimming, surfing, snorkelling, diving, fishing, boating, golf & bushwalking.
Specific attractions include:
Narrawallee Beach (550m), Mollymook Beach (1km), boating, picnic facilities, swimming & walking tracks at Narrawallee Inlet (1.5km).
This is a coastal paradise where you can watch the local pod of dolphins surfing the waves or view the whales during migration, when they have been known to take a break in the beautiful protected bay of South Narrawallee.
There is a beachfront 9 hole golf course at Mollymook Beach with beautiful views from the clubhouse; & the 18 hole Hilltop championship golf course nearby.
There are many great restaurants including the award winning Bannisters Lodge Restaurant & Bar (1km) offering world class cuisine & service, plus numerous cafes & clubs offering excellent food & great value. Bannisters' restaurant is run by the British TV chef Rick Stein.
The historical village of Milton offers unique antique & craft shops; while Ulladulla offers a beautiful harbour, movie theatres, Timezone entertainment, shopping & a skateboard park.
The surrounding area offers numerous 4WD trails, walks, climbing at Pigeon House Mountain, horse riding, deep sea fishing charters & a short drive to Burrill Lake for fishing, picnics & bike riding. There is even a paved pathway from near this property all the way to Mollymook Beach & beyond.

Prices as listed are based on up to 4 persons. Property has 5 beds and can sleep a maximum of 7 people. An extra 10% per person is charged for >4 persons. A mid-week discount of 10-30% for 2 to 5 nights Sun to Thu has already been applied to tariffs, depending on the season.
