This fully modernised half cottage is positioned on the northern aspect of Thirroul just 200m walk from parkland, patrolled beach and Olympic salt-water pool (plus children's pool). The shopping centre is a close 100m walk boasting cafes, supermarkets, gourmet foods, arts, crafts, trinkets, bakeries, library, pubs offering a range of entertainment (Beaches and Ryan Hotel, personal Training, Pilates, beautician, hairdresser and boutique specialty stores. Discover the unforgettable experience of our beautifully relaxing environment. Bus transport is found 50m around the corner and the train station, just 8 mins walk. The shared cycleway from McCauley explores a scenic route to Wollongong Harbour. Rock and beach fishing are also popular local activities. Tennis Courts, bushwalking, lookouts and local markets (Coledale and Bulli) are all available at a stones throw!

Stroll the beaches: north to Austinmer for an enjoyable latte or home made gelato at Austi Beach Cafe or south to the famous surf spots McCauley's Beach and Sandon Point. Explore the rock platforms and glimpse frequent dolphin and whale migrations. Stanwell Park, Stanwell Tops and the Sea Cliff Bridge offer a scenic drive of spectacular views and hang gliding lessons. Local surfing schools provide expertise coaching for those willing to try new skills. Larger shopping centres are available at Miranda Fair (30 mins drive north) and Wollongong (20 mins drive south). These centres also host cinemas.
