This beach house is located at Cunjurong Point, one of the south coasts best kept secrets. A place to which you will want to return again and again.
One of the very few remaining coastal villages within a protected bird life sanctuary and large kangaroo population, Cunjurong Point is a famous location for surfers.
The house is about 300 metres from Lake Conjola and 500 metres from Green Island.
Beautiful white sands, clear blue waters, great fishing, swimming, surfing, kayaking and walking (boat ramp 300 metres from the house).
A few minutes drive from the famous Washerwoman's and D Beach at Bendalong.
Tennis facilities nearby.
About 15 minutes drive into historic Milton passing on the way the Yatta-Yattta Nursery. Capturing the rural setting on the way, the Yatta-Yatta Nursery serves prize winning devonshire teas and scrumptious lunch with a backdrop of beautiful greenery and abundant bird life.
At the end of the day you can relax on either ther front or back verandah and cook dinner on the BBQ. If you prefer to be indoors the dining table comfortably seats eight and a DVD, video player or I-pod facility can help entertain.
The house has three bedrooms, 2 x queen beds and 2 x single beds however there are extra sleeping facilities (2 single mattresses in the loft upstairs).
Two new bathrooms and laundry facilities make for an easy and comfortable long-term stay.
