"Mooloolaba 104" is a chic & cheerful 1 bedroom resort apartment in a prime location at Mooloolaba Beach. Perfectly positioned on level 1 of the Mantra Mooloolaba resort, "104" is privately owned and provides a high standard of accommodation at very reasonable rates. It is fully airconditioned and ideal for 1 or 2 people. It offers the discerning guest a prime location, resort conveniences & extra comfort! The apartment opens onto a large, private, sunny terrace. You have convenient direct access to the tropical gardens, pool, spas, gazebo and BBQ areas.
The beach, shops, cafes and surf clubs are all on your doorstep.

Facilities

Rates shown are based on guests bringing their own sheets & towels and leaving the apartment clean and tidy before checking out. Generous check in/out times are provided to accommodate this. The following is supplied: quality pillows & blankets [queen bed], bathmat, hand towel & tea towel. Extra linen supply and/or cleaning can be arranged, at additional cost [see extras below].
The bathroom includes spa bath/shower, hairdryer, combi washer/dryer. Both the lounge and bedroom have TV/sports cable connected. The compact, but practical, kitchen is fitted with quality appliances, including a convection/microwave oven.

The Mantra Mooloolaba Beach Resort is listed as 4.5 stars and offers a range of leisure facilities and a prime beachfront location on the Esplanade. The resort is ideally positioned - a fantastic beach, classy shops, supermarket, great restaurants, surf club and more, are all on your doorstep - walk to them all! There is easy access to all public transport, including transport to either domestic or international airport terminals. If travelling by car, there is a secure car park. Explore further afield: Underwater World, Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo, the Glasshouse Mountains, Noosa & the famous Eumundi Markets are all on the Sunshine Coast. The coast hinterland drive, via Maleny and Montville, provides some breathtaking scenery and wonderful eateries.
