The apartment is a perfect base for those seeking a prime location, resort facilities & extra comfort. You will appreciate the fantastic position...only 30 steps to the beach and the buzz and activity of Mooloolaba Esplanade. You are walking distance to everything!
Apartment 104 is on level 1 of the resort and is well-appointed with quality furnishings. It is fully airconditioned and for the comfort of all guests, is a no-smoking area. The apartment accommodates up to 2 people and offers the "extras" that make the difference between an impersonal stay and a comfortable home away from home beach holiday.
The owners personally manage all bookings. As we do not include a compulsory departure clean fee [which means we can offer a lower tariff], our guests are asked to leave the apartment neat and tidy on departure. Generous check in/out times and cleaning items are provided to facilitate this.
If preferred, the departure clean can be included, but at additional cost [see extras below]. Linen for 2 is supplied - further discount applies if guests prefer to bring their own sheets and towels.
The beach, shops, cafes and surf clubs are all on your doorstep {View the beach webcam at the "mooloolabatourism" website}.
The lounge area opens onto a large, sunny terrace which gives you private access to the outdoor pool, tropical gardens, spas, gazebo and BBQ areas.
"Mooloolaba 104" was a QLD finalist in the 2010 Accomodation Awards. .
The bathroom includes a spa bath/shower, hairdryer, combined washer/dryer. Both the lounge and bedroom have digital TV/sports cable connected.
The compact, but practical, cooking area offers an induction cooktop and a combined microwave/convection oven.
Mantra Mooloolaba Beach Resort is listed as 4.5 stars and offers a range of leisure facilities and a prime beachfront location on the Esplanade. The resort is ideally positioned - a fantastic beach, many shops, supermarket, great restaurants, surf club and more, are all on your doorstep - walk to them all! There is easy access to all public transport, including transport to either domestic or international airport terminals. If travelling by car, there is a secure car park. Explore further afield: Underwater World, Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo, the Glasshouse Mountains, Noosa & the famous Eumundi Markets are all on the Sunshine Coast and an easy drive from Mooloolaba. The scenic hinterland drive, via Maleny and Montville, provides some breathtaking views and wonderful eateries.

"Last Minute" booking requests are sometimes difficult to organise, so at least 7 days prior notice is preferred.
