Numerous recreation and relaxation facilities are within reach, such as golf courses, bush walks, fine restaurants, and of course the South Gippslands popular wineries and art gallaries.

Enjoy the convenience of shopping facilities in Foster, just 20 minutes away, with the luxury of being able to return to the peace and tranquility of Sandy Point. The nearby Milk Bar provides convenience within walking distance, avoiding the lengthy supermarket queues of January. Positioned on a spacious 1000 sqm block dotted with native trees, the house itself was renovated 3 years ago. The charastic house features sunny light-filled living areas that open out onto a small outdoor deck there is seating for 8, and a gas BBQ. The three bedrooms and generous bathroom comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, with 2 double beds, and 4 single beds in total, while the ,television,DVD , and board games, keep everyone entertained well into the evening. Longer stays are made easier with the washing machine facility. Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels and bed linen, although it can be arranged at an extra cost. Pets are welcome, The fencing around the property is adequately secure for dogs.
